How to modify the SOA and NS for in-addr.arpa zone?

Plesk Panel + CBM, 10.4.4, Debian 6, x86_64

I have found the reverse PTR file for my own subnet but the domain.com is wrong and the associated nameserver is also ns.domain.com which is also wrong. The individual PTR records are being added just fine but where do I modify the SOA, TTL and NS settings for this in-addr.arpa zone file from within Plesk Panel?
