This was helpfully me. But happened to our server has been updated the kernel or Plesk self-changed to our site forum from IP address show.

It's real IP server browser loaded back our site forum. It's same on my domain. I uploaded there screenshot, This is not a domain. It's an IP real show my site.

So are you typing the IP address into the address bar and your domain is loading?

If this is the issue, you'll want to set the default domain for the IP address to none.

Set "default domain" option for affected IP address under Plesk > Tools & Settings > IP addresses to "none"

No, I don't want to IP Show on my site. I want to remove IP Show our site. IP need show to page unknown from index.php.

Thanks! It worked. But it still "502 Bad Gateway", Where I can edit location from index.php? Because is not found index.php maybe?

Can you check and confirm Apache is still running? If so, try restarting it.

Web Server (Apache) and Reverse Proxy Server (nginx) are still running.
