• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question How to revert back to AWS Lightsail default 3 domain licence key

bipsalam

New Pleskian
Hi,
When I purchased AWS Lightsail I got default 3 domains plesk license. I used it for 2 months and then bought Plesk 10 domain licence key on monthly renewal basis. After using it for 4 months now I want to revert back to the old 3 domain default license key.

The issue is - my current 10 domian licence key is expired and so I can't access my plesk dashboard/settings. Whenever I try to login, I am redirected to the licence key information page. This page has three options viz. "Retrieve Keys", "Install Key" and "Rollback Keys". I tried Rollback Key multiple times but the same expired keys issue and the other two buttons do not help.

Please suggest how can I go back to the default AWS lightsail key.

Have you tried to use platform360.io for managing your licenses?

You will be able to see all your keys assigned to your email.
