How to run PHP in the default location?
When you open the pages of the local IP address 192.168.0.14 opens
\inetpub\vhosts\default\htdocs
but only works html (index.html)
How to open a php (index.php)?

Check "Default Document" settings for "Default Web Site" in IIS Manager.
