I know the official documentation, but I´ve been missing the checkbox for the mail-service of each domain on the server. Must activate this feature?

Make sure mail services are enabled for the domain (Domain => Mail => Mail settings => "Activate mail service on this domain")

It´s activated. That´s the problem...

I had to deactivate SSL and then activate it. And after that the SSL for E-Mail works.
