how to see webmail

My customer has the domain called www.aravi.es.
It is an special domain DNSserved with an spanish IP registrar called telefonica...

I have configured plesk control panel to have webmail active but when I go to webmail.aravi.es it says no page found.
How can I see it?

Do you have an "A" record in your DNS for webmail?
