How to set mysql innob

Hello,

I am trying to set certain kind of directives to MySQL as:

innodb_flush_method=O_DIRECT
and
transaction-isolation to from REPEATABLE-READ to READ-COMMITTED

When I set this mysql directives Plesk monitor do not let me turn on the MySQL server even manually restart doesn't work.

Please how I can set this directives in Plesk?
