How to setup DNS at ples

Hi, I want to configure my own dns at: www.chamigonet.com.ar

Im using:
ns1.chamigonet.com.ar 72.29.78.196
ns2.chamigonet.com.ar 72.29.78.197

I configured them into the domain chamigonet.com.ar as A records, but they still dont working.

Can anybody help me with this?

and
ping 72.29.78.197
requests time out. Those name servers are not online.

Can you help me configuring nameservers?

Ive tryed to configure them into plesk, but maybe they are not working, as you say....

Ns1 seems to be working, but ns2 isnt... can you help me?
