TwitterI wanna setup global address book in Horde, after Google it, I found that Turba plugin may help me to commit it.

When I checked my Plesk Panel, I found that psa-turba 2.3.5 was installed already, are they the same thing? Since I cannot find any Turba configuration in Plesk Panel. How can I start global address book in Horde?
Then I tried to install Turba in console, but I got error, please kindly help.
Error message:
parsePackageName(): "turba" is neither a valid version nor a valid state in "psa-turba"
invalid package name/package file "psa-turba"
Cannot initialize 'psa-turba', invalid or missing package file
Package "horde/turbarpm" is not valid
Package "-q" is not valid
Package "psa-turba" is not valid
install failed
