How to create PTR records in plesk server?

I am getting following error while test it on http://dnscheck.pingdom.com/.
PTR record(s) for the address could not be found in the .arpa-zone. (ip6.arpa. for IPv6 addresses and in-addr.arpa. for IPv4).

Firstly is Plesk your DNS resolver? (For the respective domain name)
Secondly, such a record (if for rDNS) should be created at the point where you manage the IP addresses from, probably from your DC or ISP depending on who provides you with the IP address ...
