Question How to transfer IMAP

I state that I have never worked with a mail server.

I have a few IMAP boxes at a provider.
I can rename them from:
[email protected]
in
[email protected]

I would like to move them to Plesk.
Is there some tool (or command) to transfer all their content to the mail server on Plesk?
In other words:
[email protected] >>> [email protected].

I would not use the mail client for the transfer, so that when this is finished I can immediately use the client normally.

I have Ubuntu 17.10 with Plesk Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update #40.
