How to turn off mail services?

I have plesk 8.6 on one server and my MailEnable on another server and need to either have Plesk setup mail on the MailEnable server or I want the ability to turn off Mail Services in Plesk.

Does anyone know how to either direct Plesk mail services to the other server or to turn off the mail services in Plesk?

To use a centralized mail server (or one on a seperate machine) I believe you need to buy plesk expand. Turning off mail service you can do manually by stopping the services in windows

I did shut off the services but Plesk still shows the mail icons.

For that you can go into the interface template and hide the mail icons.
