Issue How to Update Awstats in Windows-Plesk server

We have usually seen the issue with Awstats on most Windows Plesk server.We can also update the Awstats by updating the statistics.

Let your domain name is "test.com". Some times Awstats is not updating even if your logs are updating fine inside the log folder.
C:\inetpub\vhosts\test.com\statistics\log\w3svc100 29.

Solution: First you need to check if the conf file 'awstats.test.com.conf' is present in the server. That is inside the folder,
“C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin\.”
If the conf file 'awstats.test.com.conf' is not there , you need to copy an existing conf file for some other domain (say, soft.com).
Open that copied file and rename 'soft.com' with 'test.com'. Then save the copied file as 'awstats.test.com.conf' in the same folder itself.Also you have to replace 'LogFile' parameter in awstats.test.com.conf to LogFile.
“C:\inetpub\vhosts\test.com\statistics\logs\w3svc1 0029\ex%YY%MM%DD.log”

In the RUN command prompt;

cd C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin\

execute the following script:

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin> perl awstats.pl -update -config=test.com -output >
C:\inetpub\vhosts\test.com\statistics\webstat\inde x.html

This should fix the issue
