Hi,

how must i upgrade from Plesk 8.1.1. the PHP version from 3.23 to the latest stable version? I never done this before, so please details in how to do this, where to get the new PHP version, codes to type in when loggen in to the server etc..

This mostly depends on your OS. Without this info people won't really be able to help you. I also doubt that you are running PHP 3 at the moment. If you were you'd be running a version that's about 8 years old.
