How to upgrade plesk 8.6 to Plesk 9.5 on Windows

Basic Pleskian
Please advise how I can upgrade a Plesk 8.6 on windows 2003 to Plesk 9.5. I am not seeing proper documentation to do this. I know going to Plesk 11 is better but I am limited because I have an expand 2.3.2 which supports Plesk 9.5 or earlier and cannot support Plesk 10 or 11 panels.
