howto add an additional admin account

Hi how can i create additional admin users ?

As far as I'm aware it isn't possible on Linux. There is a facility for this in the Windows version though.

I know this was the case for 8.1 but maybe things changed in 8.2 without me noticing so dont assume I'm right.
