Howto switch Default Domain after migration

After migration from a Confixx 3.3 server the default domain of the subscription on the plesk server is:

webx.oldserver.domain.com

The customer domain ist present but not the default domain. How can i switch this to have the customer owned domain as default?
also perhaps webx.oldserver.domain.com will never be present at the new plesk server.

A pretty old question, but is there a solution? I have the same problem!

I know there is a way to clone the mailboxes with the site import extension into the default domain. In this case, however, I have to clone each mailbox individually and change the password for each mailbox. But that's a huge job if I have customers with more than 20 mailboxes...
