• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have just installed Plesk 9.3, but I cannot browse to it.

If I browse to https://localhost:8443, I get an error page that says:

'HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.'

Then further down:

'Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions

\\?\C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\htdocs\web.config'

Not a very good start! Can anyone help?

Try to run Plesk reconfigurator and correct disk permissions. "Repair Plesk installation" also can be useful.

i Had the same problem, this is problem with asp.net, i change the panel from iis to apache and works fine, but the asp.net aplications give errors. 'HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error' (by example, webadmin - for sql server web magnament)
