Issue HTTP Traffic is limited in Unlimited Bandwidth Plan

I am using Unlimited bandwidth plan for one of subscription, still it is showing limited bandwidth for HTTP service. And hence is affecting my usage Please refer screenshot. ow shall I increase (set unlimited or limited but greater than current value) HTTP Data Transfer Bandwidth?
