Hi,
i have already https on my server xx.xx.xx.xx but now i don't have https i have just without https i call to ovh but tell me i must contact plesk onyx

* Make sure port 443 is open in your firewall
* Make sure your webserver supports HTTPS
* Make sure you enabled HTTPS for your domain in your subscription
* If you have a CMS such as Wordpress make sure you have configured it to use the HTTPS URL ("Site URL" and "Home" in Wordpress settings)
* Make sure you don't have a .htaccess file that redirects all requests to HTTP instead of HTTPS
