• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

HTTPS options not working

Hello,

I have searched everywhere for an answer to this but am yet to find anything.

I recently upgraded to Plesk 10 from 9 and am experiencing issues with sites that were originally HTTPS, for example I have a client that had a subdomain set to use same directory for HTTP and HTTPS with an application installed in this subdirectory.

Since the upgrade the application was available only via http, I have now disabled compatibility mode and no difference has been made. If I create a new subdomain for the client and try and enable SSL for the subdomain I am unable to install any new applications into HTTPS://subdomain.domain.com only HTTP is available. When I remove the tick from the Enable SSL box for the subdomain HTTPS is available when I get to install application but once installed I am unable to access the application with a 404 error.

Any ideas appreciated.

Kind regards.
