New Pleskian
Good morning,

I am so lost.

It has been a very long time since last I logged into Plesk but it seems Plesk ahs gone away. The url on the computer has Plesk Onyx 17.8.11.

I am trying to login into my account so I can update my websites.

How can I go into Plesk and view my domains?

All help is appreciated.

Hey Fred,
If your server is still using Plesk Onyx 17.8.11, try accessing it via https://your-server-ip:8443 instead of the old domain link. Sometimes older Plesk versions show browser security warnings; just proceed with caution. If you’ve forgotten your login, you may need to reset it through SSH or contact your hosting provider. Also, check if your hosting company changed or removed Plesk altogether. Hope this points you in the right direction.

Also make sure you are replacing domain with your domain or ipaddress with your IP address.

Been with HN many years (20?) and have various websites with them all from the one account. I don't know if I'm an administrator and not sue what SSH is.

In that case is probably best to contact NH (or whoever is providing you with hosting). As they are the ones that can help get access to your account(s).
