I can FTP in!!! How do I activate this feature?

The anonymous FTP access tab for FTP accounts management is not enabled... For some reason I feel like this is a should be activated, or I should be able to get in... I just cant click the tab and do anything within this tab...

any help would be appreachited.

Anonymous ftp works ONLy with a dedicated IP. Are you the admin of your plesk CP or just a user?

Hey henry,
I actually just figured that out. does that now mean that I can only host one web site on that NIC card? what is the reason for this? I know that these might seem like simple questions but I am very new to plesk. any help would be appreachited.

Derek,

No, you can host as many websites as your license key allows on just one IP but please make a note that ALL ftp sites created will use the same shared IP you will NOT be able to use the FTP Anonymous functionality on a shared IP. Anounymous FTP works ONLy on dedicated IP per site. You can add me to your msn messenger: [email protected] that's my msn ID.
