I can.. my customers not.. why??

    Hello...

    I have 1 more trouble!

    when I want to create a domain, change passwords and change details in Domain User, I must login using root password. I can do all that things with root user...

    but, my customers not... Anyone know how to solve this?? :confused:

    let's thing...

    You are my host company.
    I need to create one domain, but I can't.. errors appears...
    I need to set my domain with Domain Users and sometimes, I need to change my password...
    But when you try to do this, you can do without any problem.

    only users with admins previleges... :(

    Let's start from the beggining... Do you have access to Plesk as an admin, reseller or domain user?
