I realised that my mail queue has about 110 emails that not received to my server. I can send but not receive

I tried to do all the fixed that I found around the forum like:

plesk repair all
plesk repair mail -y -v
plesk repair fs -y -v
Install Courier and back to Docecot
Install Qmail and back to Postfix

Any help???
 
After I restart my server everything is working now. I don't know what happened but now I can send and receive.
