• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

I've created and uploaded a SSL certificate for my domain. I see it activated in the Plesk panel. I've activated SSL for my website, and I see nowhere the list to choose my certificate. I've followed this documentation :

To install the certificate on a site, return to the Websites & Domains tab, and click the domain name of the website that you want to to secure.
To switch on SSL protection, select the Enable SSL support checkbox.
From the SSL certificate menu, select your SSL certificate and click OK.

Thank you

I have the same problem. Please provide the solution!

centos 5 x64 - plesk panel 10.2

If it can help you, check that your domain has its own dedicated ip. You can't use a SSL certificate with a shared IP. That's solved my problem :)

Hello LaurentR2D2 and thanks for your advice! It works for me..

But, I think that I read on a website, that its possible to use more than one certificate for different sites on one IP. Through the change from shared to dedicated domain Plesk informs me, that only one certificate per IP can be used.

Any idea? PLESK support?

Regards,
Oliver
