I can't backup my accounts

Hi,
when i try to backup my accounts from plesk, i have this error:

This problem was fixed in v8.2.0_build20070517.22

So please check your Plesk version and update it.

I have this version:

Plesk AutoUpdate 8.200.2742.31027

Plesk Backup Utilities 8.2-win.build070705.17 (8.200.2742.30943)

Plesk for Windows 8.2.0


I have backup problem when i try to download it to my pc.

i have no error in particular, just "operation failed". Than i click on "details" and have the debug info:
