i can't change to Apahce, please help

when I enter the command reconfigurator.exe --switch-plesk-web-server --new-provider=apache
nothing happens, I update my control panel and always IIS7, what's wrong?
i have plesk 9.01.

Enable debug first:

In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config add DWORD with Debug = 1 and restart Plesk. After that try to change IIS to Apache and post output debug error message here.
