I can't login to plesk 12 web

I registered to plesk at ovh dedicated server at plesk 12 web pro edition

but there is no response and I can't login to the control panel.

can anyone help me?

Do you have administrator logins , Normally OVH do not provide Administrator logins.

Enable Administrator logins and try to ping https://1.1.1.1:8443( Your server IP)

You have root logins while creating OVH VPS

Plesk logins as follow

user root
pw ******
