Issue I cant manage emails in the Mailman Held Messages queue, and cant reset Mailman

I'm trying to manage emails in the Mailman Held Messages queue. I try to allow or ignore a message, but nothing happens. (no error, the page refreshes but the email is still there)

I suspect the error is originating from changing domains in Plesk.

I tried reinstalling mailman, but the old configuration is still there. Is there a way to reinstall mailman and somehow reset all configuration so it's all fresh?

I've also tried asking people from mailman but the support page there says if you use plesk you should ask Plesk.
