Resolved I cant send or recieve emails in through PLESK Postfix - lightsail

All my emails stuck in mailqueue if i send it.
Also i send emails from gmail it got bounced.

Whats going on? how to solve it? I am stuck. I asked aws to unblock ports, they say its unblocked
Help!!Pls.

I was trying to send webmail (roundcube) i got SMTP(-1) error

roundcube error log has this

Ok solved. it took 7 days amazon aws team to repsond to make it work
