• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hello, here is the problem, I created the following domain myftp.animu.pt but as you can see it doesnt exist, however I created it and it on my plesk page. I forgot to disable the upgrades to the plesk, I think it caused some kind of error while updating, what can I do? My version of plesk is Parallels Plesk Panel v11.5.30_build115130819.13 os_CentOS 6, the OS is CentOS 6 like is said above, if need to work the command line give me a step by step, because all my life I only worked with ubuntu, thank you.

But this hostname is not resolvable:

$ host myftp.animu.pt
Host myftp.animu.pt not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Make sure that you have correct corresponding DNS record for this hostname.

I'm sorry I'm not understanding what I have to do, I associated my ip with the domain animu.pt in the dns zone, what can I do?

Hello,

You will have to setup the "A" record for your server hostname in your domian DNS zone.

Server host-name (myftp.animu.pt) To your server main IP

I solved it, I will post here for future references. Instead of inserting the subdomain inside the type A of the dns zone, I inserter there on the type A: *.animu.pt plus my ip so now all subdomains are ready any time.
