I have a problem about entering plesk 7.5.4

dear compotent,
I have unlimited plesk licence and I set up plesk but I have a problem about licence. First I can enter clearly but after when I enter to plesk, they want to licence again. I tried to repair but I didnt. When I close Plesk and run exe, I can enter clearly. Can You Show Me A Way To Enter Plesk Correctly and Without Error. I am using plesk 7.5.4 version.
 
he have relased a hotfix for this available on download section of plesk website
 
Apply this hotfix. Replace %plesk_bin%\php4ts.dll with attached one and restart Plesk Panel.
