Input I locked myself out of the server / Pleskpanel / SSH

I will now start the server in rescue mode and then want to adjust the IP address in
/usr/local/psa/var/modules/firewall-activate.sh

Now my question.
Is it enough to update the IP there and restart the server, or have the settings been loaded from the database in the meantime?
