Try to clean yum cache and metdata with the command:

# yum clean all && yum update

after that run autoinstaller again.

# yum clean all && yum update
then i run this /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller
but i still have the problem :(

We use CDN for autoinstall.plesk.com. Therefore IP can be different. For example:
