If I install JBoss on my server , any potential issues ?

I need to install JBoss on my Debian 6 server, should I take care of any potential issues with my Plesk intallation ?
( I am NOT using Tomcat... which could lead to some problems..)

Thanks, as I am not using Plesk embedded Tomcat , I should not have any problems settings up JBoss server behind Apache ( using mod_jk )..
