IIS Application Pool Error

When I access IIS Application Pool under Applications & Databases in Plesk 10.4 Panel's Tools & Settings, I get an error
Error: Unable to manage IIS application pool because all domains are using single shared IIS application pool.
Any suggestions on how to fix this error and ring back the selectable options ?

Fix for Panel 10.4.4 in attachment. It has to be placed in:
Plesk\admin\plib\ui_common\
