Question IIS settings

A question with regard to defining a custom index.
After a custom index was defined, i do not see the actual index which i selected.

Thanks for the reply.
But, I want to clarify my question:
After a user clicks: Apply,
the panel should have displayed a TextBox which displays the actual selection.
