IIS unable to start the website

I recently relocated one of my servers to a different datacenter, when I run the reconfigurator to assign the new IP addresses for the server, some of the websites (over 10) are stopped.

When I try to start them manually I get error message "IIS was unable to start site. Another site may already be using the port you configured for your site. Please select a unused port for this site."

Anyone has any idea for a workaround in this issue?

IP's

Most likely when you changed IP's it put a blank header in for that IP on the site.
If you go to the Properties tab in IIS were you assign the IP and click the "Advanced" tab there should be no blank spots next the IP that you have it changed to..
Once you have the Host Headers fixed you should be able to start the sites.
