IIS7 FTP Service installation Failure

I am running Plesk 9.2.1 - I removed the IIS6 FTP publishing service, rebooted like it asked me to and then installed IIS7 FTP 7.5 service and rebooted.
ow when I attempt to manage any ftp accounts via plesk it gives me and error saying
Error: Remove FTP user failed: ftpmng --remove-user failed: FTP Publishing Service isn't installed

Just wondering if anyone else has solved this issue and if they would be kind enough to point me to the right article or knowledge base link. I have searched the parallels kb and Google and this forum and only found one thread under the how-to for plesk 8.6 and the solution was not posted there.

Try to run

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>defpackagemng --fix --type=ftpserver

and update thread with results.
