Image Gallery: Error! Cannot get module data.

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

I'm having problems with the Image Gallery.

I have moved to another server. To do this I have installed a new SiteBuilder 4.5 on the new server, then I have copied the SB_ROOT/htdocs/sites directory from the old server, and I have restored a database backup (sitebuilder3 database).

It looks like everything is working, but the Image Gallery for old pages.

When I try to edit an image, I receive this error:

Error! Cannot get module data.

The server log shows this information:

Invalid response: ...

This is happening with old pages, it's not happening with new image galleries.

What can be wrong?

Thank you.
Alexandre

Another info: The categories page in the image properties pop-up window is blank, the other two pages looks fine.

It is hard to say exactly what could be the reason for such behaviour but you can try to get more info from Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder CP -> Logs section. Does this issue appear when you view the site itself? If so, try to check apache log files for this domain.

Hello,

I have found the problem.
It's related to the ASL (Atomic Secured Linux) installation.
I had to disable mod_evasive and add two custom exclude rules to mod_security, so I won't process the Sitebuilder's
"server.php" and "redirect.php" file.
