After upgrading to 7.5.1 from 7.1.6 none of my images or css files are being diplayed by httpd.

I am getting the following error when pulling up an image in Fire Fox

The image http://www.somedomain.com/01.jpg cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Any ideas what could be causing this? This is happening on all images on the server as well as css files.
