Issue Imagick and PHP 8.1

So today I revisited this issue and nothing has changed apart from the fact that almost two years have passed.

Has anybody managed to find a combination of dll's that will work with PHP 8.1 ??

CMD results in ....

The file exists with correct permissions etc.

VC16 build for windows pecl · Issue #573 · Imagick/imagick

I'm looking for an updated build for https://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/deps/ImageMagick-7.1.0-18-vc15-x86.zip that uses vc16 & x64. Where can I find such a thing or create one?
