IMAP connections not working

Greetings,

I have a new 7.5.3 /Windows server and IMAP connections are not working. Pop is working but no luck with IMAP. Is there something I need to enable to support IMAP on the server. It was pre configured for me by my managed hosting service. Any help would be appreciated.
