It is imho still very low , there is a KB article about it http://kb.parallels.com/en/113841
but a plain install still has this low values.

Would be nice if it can be like in the KB article out of the box.

Read "Cause" carefully in this article. Default setting is reasonable. Who wants to use other settings on own risk can use mentioned article.
