IMAP/POP3 Server (Courier-IMAP)

I have stopped service: IMAP/POP3 Server (Courier-IMAP) via PLesk, it stayed disabled for a while and then suddenly today I noticed that it is running and I see lots of login attempts in maillog

how to prevent IMAP/POP3 Server (Courier-IMAP) from running, I don't use it and somehow it enabled itself.
Plesk update?

Most probably it was started by watchdog service.

Log files are located in:

/usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/log/wdcollect.log
/usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/log/monit.log

Configuration files are accessible at:

/usr/local/psa/etc/modules/watchdog/monitrc
/usr/local/psa/etc/modules/watchdog/wdcollect.inc.php

I don't have these files

/usr/local/psa/var/modules/
doesn't have watchdog folder

/usr/local/psa/etc/modules/watchdog/
has folder /service.tpl.d and file postfix which includes only email template
