IMAP Trash folder purging older than 7 days

We have found that email older than 7 days that is sitting in the trash folder in any of the imap mailboxes are automatically being deleted. Where do i find the configuration setting to turn this off?

Not sure if it is a plesk issue, qmail issue, or dovecot issue.
