  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Question Import smartermail users to plesk

I've added user accounts to smartermail directly through the smartermail web admin interface, but in plesk these users are not visible, additionally when I run a backup in plesk, it only backs up email for the email accounts listed in plesk, none for the ones manually added via smartermail admin. How can I import those users into plesk? Or what can I maybe configure so that plesk will refresh it's list from smartermail?

I have discussed your question with developers and they said that unfortunately there is no such possibility at the moment. You caan submit corresponding feature request on Plesk UserVoice.
