Important: We need PHP 7.0.6 (to fix a PHP bug)

The latest PHP version in Plesk 12.5 is currently version 7.0.5. Please update the plesk php package to version 7.0.6.

Reason: There is a PHP bug that prevents us from running production code on Plesk servers: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=71948

This bug is not a rarely issue. Variables are often passed by reference in switch-cases in different PHP applications.
