• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.

Importing Existing IIS7 Site

I am evaluating Plesk to see if it will meet my needs. I have an existing domain configured in IIS7 (Windows Server 2008). What is the correct process (if there is one) for importing that domain so it can be managed by Plesk Panel 9.2?

The domain exists in IIS of course but not in the Plesk interface because Plesk doesnt "know about it".

I looked into the migration tool, but that doesn't seem to be designed for that purpose.

Thanks in advance!

IMO most suitable way is to

- backup vhost directory
- delete domain
- recreate it in Plesk and restore vhost dir back

Just don't forget to fix permissions with reconfigurator tool.
Also:
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.tld
